  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle email correspondence.

  • Data Management: Organize and maintain digital files, spreadsheets, and documents.

  • Communication: Respond to client inquiries and communicate with team members across different time zones.

  • Research: Conduct online research on various topics as needed.

  • Project Management: Assist in coordinating and tracking progress on ongoing projects.

  • Social Media Management: Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and manage social media accounts.

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer support through email and chat platforms.

  • Reporting: Prepare and maintain regular reports on various business activities.
